About Us
About our Approach
We want to share some information with you about us with in regards to who we are and some of our values as clinical counsellors. So, you can visit our “Your Counsellors” page to learn more about our clinical counsellors.
The counsellors at Revival Counselling Services have years of experience serving our community members by supporting them with their mental health. Therefore, our approach to providing our service includes holding compassion and creating a safe space for our community members to heal, grow, and work on their wellness goals.
About our Experience
In addition, we have our own lived experiences with trauma, anxiety, stress, grief and relationships. Hence, we understand how challenging, defeating, but also liberating it can be to work through our past to make space for meaningful changes.
Our experiences, training and education help us hold compassion, understanding, and empathy for others. To this point, we are all about creating a judgment-free environment for the people we work with.
Moreover, we acknowledge that stress, anxiety, fear, shame, hopelessness, and difficult life experiences can make it challenging to create happiness and trying to live a meaningful life. Sometimes it may feel like we are trying to just survive on a day-to-day basis.
About our Philosophy
Revival Counselling is about learning to live a meaningful life rather than existing to survive. The counsellors help you find safety, comfort, joy, experiencing hope, having the courage to take risks, and learning to cope with stress.
Lastly, we are all about supporting you with your counselling goals. Whether that is to process grief, learn how to manage anxiety and depression, overcome trauma, strengthening your self-esteem, building relationships, or even just having a space to be heard. Further, you can visit our “Counselling Techniques” page to learn more about how we can support you.
