Depression
Depression can feel dark and lonely or can creep up on you. People experience depression in various ways, and it is common for us to ignore the signs and symptoms of depression until it worsens because of our busy lives or even shame. Revival Counselling Services wants to support you at any stage of depression, whether you are feeling sadness, hopelessness, or even suicidal thoughts.
Depression may look like the following (please be mindful that this is not a diagnostic tool):
Hopelessness
Lack of motivation
Irritation
Loss of interest in activities
Thoughts about dying
Isolating yourself
Loss of appetite
Losing interest in personal presentation or grooming
